One hour is typically sufficient to understand the brief and agree on the approach

We undertake a preliminary assessment using information from Company web site and discussions with company specialists. We crunch some numbers and prepare a small presentation.
Recommendations
We seek to present an un-biased perspective and set of ideas to your company. We focus on the technical aspects including Supply Chain, Design, Operations, Product Use and End of Life. We also consider energy supply and other operations.
